About PiCC
PiCC was established in 2007 by the Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland (ECCQ) following the decision by Multicultural Affairs Queensland to discontinue providing free cross-cultural training to government departments and to focus on policy development to ensure compliance with the Queensland Government’s Multicultural Policies. PiCC now offers the one-stop-shop cross-cultural training and consultancy service in Queensland, maintaining a register of approved and highly experienced cross-cultural trainers.
PiCC’s training programs are available to, and tailored for, the government sector, business and corporate sector, not-for-profit organisations and the community sector.
