PiCC Philosophy PiCC’s philosophy is closely aligned with that of ECCQ and is articulated as: Cultural competence begins with personal and organisational cultural self-awareness. Developing cultural competence is a lifelong learning process. Leadership and management support is essential. Cross-cultural training is a vital element of cultural competence development. Effective cultural diversity programs balance the social justice and business cases for diversity. Our role is to be a partner to organisations, supporting the achievement of their objectives.
PiCC Training Approach Our training and consulting work is underpinned by and reflective of the following approach: Interactive training that reflects the goals and needs of people and organisations. Creating a safe, non judgmental and open learning environments. Emphasis on facilitation and exploration. Providing practical tools and frameworks.
