Understanding Cultural Differences This workshop is an introductory program. It develops awareness and insights into the impact of cultural diversity in the workplace. Participants will be introduced to useful tools to enhance ability to work with cultural diversity in the workplace Managing Cultural Differences This workshop provides managers and supervisors with the skills, insights and knowledge to position managing diversity as an integral part of the way they manage and provide supervision.
Managing Cultural Differences in Practice This program offers participants an opportunity to work on their own diversity project over a period of 10 weeks guided by an experienced diversity practitioner. The program kicks-off with a one-day workshop in week 1, followed by half-day workshops in week 5 and 10, with one-hour individual coaching sessions at week 2, 3, 4 and 6, 7, 8, 9 Get on Board Get on Board is an orientation program to living and working in Australia for overseas staff.

Communicating Effectively with Non-fluent English Speakers This three-hour workshop provides participants with insights, understanding and skills to communicate more effectively with Non-fluent English speakers in day-to-day interactions where the use of formal interpreters is not required.
Women in International Business How do you survive in those countries where business decision-makers and powerbrokers are all male? How do you navigate the issues of gender, how do you stay safe, how do you achieve your business objectives. This program provides culture specific as well as strategic intercultural information and skills on business protocols, etiquette and travel safety, specifically for women in international business. Each program is tailored to the needs of the individual and her particular assignment, delivered in either one-on-one training and/or intercultural coaching mode. Leading and Working in a Multicultural Team This one-day workshop provides participants with the insight, knowledge and skills to prevent and address the issues and challenges associated with leading and working in a multicultural team. Facilitating Diversity Practice in Organisations (FDPO) This is a ten-week process offering a combination of group work, individual and online work, and one-on-one coaching to develop your personal diversity skills within your context and responding to your diversity deliverables. |
